S.D.L. è una azienda italiana, leader nella produzione di equipaggiamento per i cani da lavoro, con specifica vocazione per i cani da slitta.
La S.D.L. ha iniziato la sua attività, grazie alla passione di Maria Di Maria e Gian Luca Sapori per i cani e per lo sleddog.
Il primo cucciolo di Siberian Husky, arrivò in casa Sapori nel lontano 1987. I-Emkanau, la cagnolina acquistata da Filippo Cattaneo, cambiò definitivamente la loro vita. Assieme ad "Emka" e altri cani acquistati in seguito, Gian Luca iniziò l'attività sportiva. Quasi contemporaneamente, vista la difficoltà a reperire il materiale, cominciarono a creare le prime imbragature per se e per gli amici del CISD (Club Italiano Sled Dog) del quale Gian Luca era consigliere. In seguito, egli fondò con altri mushers, il CIS (Club Italiano Sleddog) ed Antartica (ora G.S.A. Gruppo Sportivo Antartica).

The S.D.L. has started her business, thanks to the passion of Maria Di Maria and Gian Luca Sapori for dogs and dog sledding.
The first Siberian Husky puppy arrives Sapori’s home in 1987. I-Emkanau, the dog acquired by Filippo Cattaneo, definitely change their life. Along with "Emka” and other dogs purchased later, Gian Luca began the sport. Given the difficulty to find the equipment, they began to create the first harness for themselves and for friends of CISD (Club Italiano Sled Dog) which was a counselor. Later, Gian Luca fund with other mushers, the CIS (Club Italiano Sleddog) and Antarctica (now GSA, Gruppo Sportivo Antartica).
A distanza di oltre vent'anni, la S.D.L. è una azienda affermata a livello internazionale, che esporta oltre il 90% del proprio fatturato.
La peculiarità aziendale è la vasta gamma di prodotti: guinzaglieria in nylon artigianale, articoli specifici per cani da esposizione (guinzagli dedicati a varie razze per lesibizione sul ring), pettorine per salvataggio in acqua e in montagna, ma è una delle poche che produce una gamma completa di prodotti per lo sled dog amatoriale, sportivo e professionale, anche con articoli su commissione o con brand del cliente.
I suoi prodotti, seppure fabbricati ancor oggi in modo artigianale, sono creati con materiali selezionati e frutto di tecniche costruttive allavanguardia.

After more than two decades, S.D.L. is an internationally established company, which exports over 90% of its production.
The business features is the wide range of products: handmade nylon dog leads, specific articles for show dogs (leashes dedicated to various races for the exhibition in the ring),harnesses for water rescue and mountains rescue, but it is one of the few that produces a complete range of products for the sled dog amateur and professional sports, with articles on commission or with the client's brand.
Its products, though still manufactured in an artisanal way, are made of selected materials and advanced construction techniques.
